Included: Approximately 250 lbs of vacuum-packed 100% American Wagyu Beef:
  • 25% Steaks*: Ribeyes, T-bones, Sirloins, NY Strip, Tri-tip, Top Rounds, Chuck Steaks, Flank Steaks, and Cube Steaks
  • 35% Roasts and Specialty Cuts: Tri-tip, Chuck Roasts, Brisket, Short Ribs, and Stew Meat
  • 40% Premium Ground Beef: 85/15 Blend

How it works: You reserve a Grand View Ranch half Wagyu beef share today with a $800 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($2,950). Then we will ship it to your door.
